Oversized and XXL transport to and from the Netherlands
When a shipment is too large, too heavy or too bulky for a standard parcel carrier, we move it directly. One pick-up address, one delivery address, one dedicated vehicle — and no transshipment along the way. Large-item transport for businesses across the Netherlands and Europe.
Large, heavy and bulky non-parcel goods
Parcel networks apply strict maximum dimensions and weights. As soon as a shipment is wider than a standard van load, longer than a regular parcel box or heavier than roughly 30 kilos, it usually falls outside standard parcel rates. For those goods XXLKoerier arranges dedicated transport — the item stays on the same vehicle from collection to delivery, so there is no depot handling and no repacking.

Direct, dedicated and hands-on
Dedicated vehicle
A dedicated van or box truck matched to your shipment. No shared loads, no sorting hub — the goods travel straight from A to B.
No transshipment
The item is loaded once and unloaded once. That keeps handling risk low for fragile, heavy or high-value machinery and equipment.
Tail-lift & pallet-jack on request
Need help loading or unloading? A tail-lift, pallet jack or an extra pair of hands can be arranged when you submit the request.
To and from the Netherlands, across Europe
The Netherlands sits at the centre of North-West European freight flows. We move oversized goods inbound and outbound — a single dedicated vehicle crossing the border without changing hands. Delivery times depend on the route, the loading requirements and vehicle availability, and are confirmed per request rather than promised as a fixed window.
Transport takes place under carrier liability in accordance with the CMR convention that governs international road carriage. We do not describe cargo as "insured"; a higher liability limit can be arranged on request when you state the value and nature of the shipment. For cross-border business-to-business shipments, invoicing follows the EU reverse-charge mechanism, so VAT is accounted for by the recipient in their own country.

About oversized transport
What is the largest shipment you can handle?
We match the vehicle to the shipment. For very wide, very high or very heavy loads we confirm whether the request fits our own couriers or partner-network capacity. State length, width, height and weight as precisely as possible in your request.
Do you move goods both into and out of the Netherlands?
Yes. We handle inbound and outbound oversized transport between the Netherlands and the rest of Europe, on a direct dedicated vehicle with no transshipment.
How is a large or high-value shipment covered?
Transport takes place under carrier liability in accordance with the CMR convention. A higher limit is available on request — provide the value and nature of the shipment when you submit.
How does VAT work for cross-border business shipments?
For business-to-business transport across an EU border, we apply the reverse-charge mechanism: VAT is accounted for by the recipient in their own country.
